Products and prices

We take care to describe our products and show them accurately, but colours may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). If we find a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching your order and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. Some of our items are limited or one-off pieces and may sell out. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you and refund you in full. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of an unavailable item or a pricing error, and if we cancel an order you have paid for we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery options, prices and times are set out in our Shipping policy.

Returns, cancellations and faulty items

Your right to cancel, how to return items and what happens if something is faulty are set out in our Refund policy. Your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
