Yes. We deliver to most countries by Royal Mail International Tracked, usually in 7 to 14 working days. Delivery is £12.99 to Europe and £27.99 to the rest of the world for orders up to 1kg (one outfit or clutch bag is under 1kg). Import duty and taxes charged by your country are paid on delivery. Perfume and large homeware can only be delivered within the UK. See full delivery details.

We dispatch orders the same day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days, counted from the day your order is dispatched.

Standard delivery is £4.99, and it is free on UK orders over £100. Express delivery is £6.99. International delivery depends on your country and the weight of your order, and is shown at checkout.

Yes. Delivery is free on orders of £20 or more to Rochdale postcodes OL11, OL12, OL15 and OL16. Choose Local delivery at checkout and we will message you to arrange a convenient time.

Your order is sent to the delivery address you enter at checkout, and you will receive an email when it has been dispatched.

1. Choose your size on the product page and click Add to cart. On any product card you can also tap Quick add.
2. Keep shopping if you like. Everything stays in your cart until you check out.
3. When you are ready, open your cart and click Check out.
4. Enter your delivery and payment details, then place your order.

You will see an order confirmation on screen and we will email you a copy. If it does not arrive, please check your spam folder, then contact us on WhatsApp on 07593 955 631 or at ameliacoutureuk@gmail.com.

Yes. Payments are taken through Shopify’s secure checkout. Your card details are encrypted and are never seen or stored by us.

Unfortunately not. We dispatch orders the same day, so items cannot be added once an order has been placed. If you would like more, please place a new order. If you need to change something, message us straight away on WhatsApp and we will do our best.

Yes, we are happy to wrap your order as a gift. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you have ordered so we can arrange it before dispatch.

Every clothing page has a Size guide link under the size options, or you can see our full size guide with garment measurements in inches and centimetres. If you are unsure or between sizes, message us on WhatsApp with your usual size and we will advise.

We show every piece as accurately as we can, but colours can vary slightly with lighting and your screen settings.

Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags attached. Return postage is paid by the customer. We do not offer exchanges, so if you would like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Sealed fragrance and body care cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, unless faulty.
