Shipping & delivery
UK delivery
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days, £4.99. Free on orders over £100.
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days, £6.99.
Free local delivery in Rochdale
Delivery is free on orders of £20 or more to Rochdale postcodes OL11, OL12, OL15 and OL16. Choose Local delivery at checkout and we will message you to arrange a convenient time.
Dispatch
We dispatch orders the same day. The delivery times above run from the day your order is dispatched.
International delivery
We deliver to most countries by Royal Mail International Tracked, usually in 7 to 14 working days from dispatch. The delivery charge depends on the weight of your order and is shown at checkout:
- Europe: £12.99 for orders up to 1kg, £17.99 up to 2kg.
- Rest of the world (including the USA, Canada, Australia and the Middle East): £27.99 for orders up to 1kg, £37.99 up to 2kg.
A single outfit or clutch bag is under 1kg. Orders over 2kg can't be sent abroad online, so please message us and we will quote.
Fragrance (perfume, gift sets and body splash) and large homeware such as chandeliers can only be delivered within the UK, as perfume cannot be sent by international post.
Customs and import charges: orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty, taxes and handling fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charge and are paid by the customer on delivery.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you can on WhatsApp, by email at ameliacoutureuk@gmail.com or through our contact page and we will put it right.
